All products sold on this site are digital downloads in PDF format. Upon completing payment you will receive immediate access to your purchased prompt pack. No physical goods are shipped.
Each purchase grants a single-organisation licence. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content in any form.
All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and you waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your file is faulty or inaccessible, contact us at hello@asymmetricai.co.uk and we will provide a replacement promptly.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If digital content is not of satisfactory quality or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
